How fleet work differs
We plan around your routes, not our diary
A private customer can leave a car with us all day. A courier cannot. So fleet vehicles are booked into held slots, parts are pre-ordered against the registration, and we tell you the collection time before the van is dropped off.

What you get
Six things every fleet client has
Whether you run five vans out of one depot or two hundred across the country.
Vans and light commercials
Up to 3.5 tonnes across all four centres, including Transit, Sprinter, Ducato, Transporter and Master platforms.
Priority bays before 08:00
Contracted fleets get held slots at the start of the day, so drivers are back on their routes by mid-morning.
Negotiated labour rates
From 15 vehicles upward we agree a fixed hourly rate and discounted service pricing for the contract term.
One monthly invoice
Consolidated billing with a line per registration and per cost centre, exportable for your accounts system.
Service scheduling by mileage
We track intervals against your telematics or odometer readings and book vehicles in before they fall due.
One named account contact
A single service manager who knows your fleet, your routes and which vehicles cannot be off the road on a Friday.
